Find Data Services in Visual Composer is blank

Hi,

I am using SAP NetWeaver Visual Composer. My problem is that I cannot find neither BI systems nor other systems from Visual Composer. In other words, Find Data --> Find Data Services --> Select system is blank. I had requested our consultants to check from their systems but they say that they can see BI systems from the same place i.e Find data services.

What would be solution to this problem? Shall I ask our system administrator to add some kind of VC role or this is a technical problem?
