Web service

Hi,

I want to retrieve product information following the steps of this link: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw73/helpdata/en/83/edc992729b44ffa94fcb98a7c5b379/content.htm

I create the  QueryProduct web service explained in the document but if use the web service in visual composer I get an error. Perhaps I have to do futher steps for using the service.

Can anybody help me?
