VC Runtime exception

Hi All,

I"m getting the below error while I'm I click on the submit button in my model:

WD4VCRuntimeException: FAILED: process plan id: KJ action: USER:SUBMIT

Caused by: com.sap.tc.wd4vc.intapi.info.exception.WD4VCRuntimeException: Invalid XGL: the source or target id are wrong in the step.

Can anyone please suggest on the above error?
