Pass parameter to VC not working?

I am trying to pass a single parameter to my VC model via URL.

I have followed the instructions here :

I have set up a start point called TEAMR.

The model is called ISSupportMonitor
When I try to use MYPORTALURL/ISSupportMonitor&TEAMR=02

I get the following error.. am I missing something?

Error: Request cannot be processed.
