Visual Composer iView creation and transport changes to QA Portal system

Hi Experts,

Our developers have created a visual composer model and view through visual composer and deployed on to our DEV Portal system.

We can see those under content administration> Portal Content> Visual composer folder

What we need is....

1. Create a new iView in different folder with Deltalink to the iView which exits in Visual composer folder

2. Need to move the Base (Model, iView), Newly created Delta Link iView, Localisation file, Par file through transport package to the Quality Portal system. From where I have to pick the Localisation file, Par file?

Please help me to sort this out. Points should be awarded for your helpful answers.
