Using Check boxes in VC

Hi VC Experts,

     I have a senario where in four input fields/text boxes each input field is having a corresponding check box,if the check box is selected then only corresponding value in the input field should get update otherwise it shouldnot, when submit is pressed.

I have design the view with four input field with the check box at the right.Now how should i connect or interlink the checkbox element and input field?

Note : I have the RFCs for this.

Anybody faced this senario before?Looking forward to some suggestions
