"Initializing..." Loading Bar loads forever when user executing VC reports

Hi Experts,

We had developed plenty of VC reports and tested works very good on our machines. But during UAT, some users experience problems executing VC reports.

When they try to launch the VC report page, what they see is the "Initializing... " loading bar. It loads forever, and the report never shows.

This happened on machines on Windows7, IE8, IE9 and Active X 11. But on the same machine, we try to open with Firefox5.6 and Maxthon Browser 3.3.1.2000, it works.

However some of the machines with same ( Windows7, IE8, IE9 and Active X 11) specs works.

Any idea why? Really need your help.
