Parameter value not getting passed to BAPI

I have been using VC for a while now and have created very many models in the past,

Lately, I have a weird thing going on - none of my parameters are getting passed to the BAPI.

These are models that used to work fine and suddenly (on switching on ABAP debugger) we see that always NULL gets passed to the BAPI when the values are perfectly mapped in the model.

Not sure why that would happen - any one else had issues like this (Portal is 7.01 and backend EhP4).
