Read access is denied when launching SAP VC

Hi all guru`s out there

I have an installation on Windows 2003 Server with IIS 6.0 with MS Sql Server, SAP EP, and TREX.

First of all - TREX is working!

And I have performed the task described in SAP Note 804496

The issue is that I got an HTTP error "HTTP Error 403.2 - Forbidden: Read access is denied." Internet Information Services (IIS).

So there must be some settings regaridng permissions for the IIS that is not correctly performed,

Any ideas??
