No Web Dynpro Application (Deployable object) with name exists

*Transported the DC to QA system through NWDI (CMS) had encountered no issues in Assembly or transport. Had a old NWDI system were sfwmd.com/vc~sfwmd_change_control_impl was transported through a old track. Recreated the DC (Model) with 'sfwd/sfwd_change_control_form_impl' while previewing the page in QA portal this is the following error that we are encountering.*

The preview is still pointing to the old link
