Usage of Bapi in VC

Hi all,

I have to change the details of a customer using Bapi:"Bapi_Customer_Changefromdat2" using VC.

This Bapi is having input parameters along with  personal address  and  return parameters there is no output for this.

now how can i get the input parameters and personal address in to one form under one submit button.

pls help me out
